Important:

  • The software is well-considered for the vast majority of use cases. Features that don’t naturally exist in the software are quoted or executed without charge at the developers discretion. There’s no plugins.  Theres no access to codes available as it is a literal no-code builder; just the CMS controls. If you need special CMS controls it needs to be quoted.
  • While typically flexible during a development, requests at any time (typically after the developments completion confirmed by final payment), for tasks to be executed, if these tasks are not already precisely specified in an executable list already, will be done > charged, or, quoted > approved > done > charged; at the developers sole discretion. The reason is that the best way to confirm the minutes or hours needed for tasks is to do the tasks, this will always get you the best outcome on price than factoring in guess-work. The alternative is to purchase bundled hours in advance for utilisation by the developers to execute requests.
  • 3rd party costs are payable by the client not the developer, such as annual SSL certificate & maintenance or website theme templates. We encourage free image/video resources such as pixabay/pexels/unsplash as paid image resources are on the client.
  • Hosting fees are as per the default hosting fees under the hosting tab
  • Standard terms are on every invoice and the website footer
  • You receive access after final payment.
  • Platform Ownership, Access & Customisation: This website is built on a proprietary no‑code platform. The underlying software, codebase, and hosting environment are not transferable to external hosting providers and cannot be accessed or modified by third‑party developers. All technical customisations, feature changes, structural adjustments, or platform‑level modifications must be completed by the hosting developers (our team). If you choose to move away from our hosting in the future, the website cannot be exported or migrated and would need to be rebuilt on another platform of your choice. All content (text, images, logos) remains yours; the platform, code, and system architecture remain the property of the developer.

Web Apps are websites. As like all websites, they function like websites or like apps on mobile devices. But they can be a more cost effective way to get your software launched when compared to developing and maintaining mobile apps.

Think of it like this, websites work on all devices quite easily, whereas mobile apps interact with device versions and sometimes software or hardware of the devices.

The benefits of mobile apps these days is limited to a few things:
– Access to the apple and play stores where your app could be found if its an app people are hunting for.
– Programmable down to the SIM card in the device.
– Mobile apps can work in some cases when offline, driven by the phone and the phone storage itself. Websites cannot.
– Optimally professional experience, fast, icon auto saved to device home screen.
– Just about everything else can be achieved with a Web App

Forget everything we said under the Web Apps tab. Mobile Apps are amazing, if that’s what you need!

We can get you a deeply strategic, comprehensive specification and quote and have your app developed and launched to a high standard.

We prefer Flutter for mobile app developments but we are flexible.

We have the depth of experience you need so your software is structured and developed to the highest of standards.

For anything from excel transitions, to elaborate CRM’s, or AI forward momentum developments. We can deliver the requirement to a high standard.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

We repair and configure tracking systems, conversion events, analytics integrations, CRM mappings, GTM containers, and related technical items. We do not manage or optimise advertising campaigns, bidding strategies, budgets, or targeting within this service.

2. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for reviewing and confirming all advertising budgets, bidding strategies, spend levels, and campaign settings before, during, and after the work. The client must ensure their Google Ads account is set to their desired budget and configuration at all times.

3. Access & Permissions

By providing access to Google Ads, GA4, CRM systems, GTM, or any other platform, the client acknowledges that changes may affect reporting, attribution, spend pacing, or platform behaviour. The client is responsible for ensuring correct permissions and account security.

4. Platform Behaviour

Advertising platforms, analytics systems, and CRMs can behave unpredictably when changes are made. This may include temporary data loss, reporting delays, duplicated events, missing events, or changes in spend pacing. These behaviours are controlled by the platforms themselves, not by PageOne247.

5. Budget Safety

We do not adjust budgets, bidding strategies, or campaign settings unless explicitly requested in writing. If the client provides access to an account, they accept full responsibility for any spend that occurs in that account.

6. No Liability for Spend

PageOne247 is not liable for any advertising spend, overspend, budget changes, or campaign behaviour in Google Ads or any other platform. The client is solely responsible for monitoring their own spend and campaign performance.

7. Breakage Clause

Technical work can temporarily interrupt or break tracking, reporting, or integrations. We will repair any breakage caused directly by our work, but we are not responsible for:

  • platform bugs

  • third‑party outages

  • pre‑existing issues

  • historical misconfigurations

  • changes made by other vendors or staff

8. Verification

Once the work is completed, the client is responsible for verifying:

  • tracking accuracy

  • budget levels

  • campaign settings

  • CRM mappings

  • reporting correctness

We provide a final report, but the client must confirm everything meets their requirements.

9. Limit of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed leads, or advertising spend.

10. Service Completion

Work is considered complete once:

  • the agreed items have been repaired or configured

  • the final report has been delivered

  • access has been returned or permissions removed

11. Ongoing Changes

If the client or any third party makes changes after completion, PageOne247 is not responsible for any resulting issues. Further work may require a new service engagement.

Build an AI‑Native CRM That Keeps Your Data Secure & Eliminates Per‑Seat Fees Forever

Why Traditional CRMs Hold You Back

Most CRMs weren’t designed for your workflow, they were designed for licensing. That’s why businesses end up stuck with:

  • Per‑seat fees that scale with headcount
  • Rigid workflows that don’t match how your team actually works
  • Slow adoption because the system feels unnatural
  • Disconnected data across tools and departments
  • Manual data entry that kills productivity
  • Vendor lock‑in that limits growth

Your CRM should be an asset you own, not a subscription you rent.

Our Solution: A Custom AI‑Native CRM Built Around You

Google Ads is a professional environment where experience goes a long way to having an effective campaign a) setup and b) maintained.

Lets say you’re a plumber. When someone types “plumber” into google search, you can easily appear there, but at a cost which are called “Click costs”.  Click costs are added to the setup and monthly fee.

Google Ads also connects to a deep display ad network, often used to show your ads to people who already visited your website to help increase those conversions. As well as Youtube ads, Gmail Ads, and more.

Contact us for a quote and we will advise what the initial budget for the first month needs to be for your business to test Google Ads.

10% of click costs are taken as a media buying commission for accounts spending over $5000/month.

Network Ads connect to a deep display ad network (not Googles though; think, all the rest).

Network Ads are a complex environment where, this specific strain of media-buying-experience, across a deep ecosystem, goes a long way to having an effective campaign; a) setup and b) maintained.

We incorporate Google re-marketing as part of the initial setup. The typical environment will have 8 campaigns running within the first 30 days and literally requires intensive monitoring and tweaking to get it working. Its a complex environment that rewards loyalty and top level creative so its finicky to establish positive micro metrics in complicated ways and to gradually pull it together into a flourishing environment. The result is what can be a relatively stable and incredibly powerful foundational system, to deliver cold & warm traffic and conversions at prices that dominate significantly compared to traditional digital ads. As the campaign matures under maintenance we multiply with international GEO’s (if that suits your market viability) and layer in additional platform re-marketing for exponential volume.

Clearly, with the cost of management alone, it isn’t for the feint hearted and suited to businesses that can afford the risk for a better go-to-market performance. If you are curious we can give you an estimated timeline and outcome based on information you’re able to provide to us but like any marketing campaign we cannot guarantee results which are weighted by many factors including how broad your market is and how appealing your offer is to that market.

Click costs are in addition to the setup and monthly costs.

Campaigns are run from PageOne’s 3rd party accounts and are not accessible or transferable.

SEO
SEO = Search Engine Optimisation. This is where you can get onto the first page of Google search results without having to pay for clicks. You and everybody else wants to be in that first page. Site maturity matters. So don’t believe in miracles and don’t say “depends how good you are at SEO” unless you want to watch your money go down the drain. Believe in the investment in the right team over time, to get you optimised. If the journey isn’t worth it, go for Google ads or Social ads so you can get that quicker bang for buck.

But not all is lost for quicker traction.

LOCAL SEO
If you’re a new business in a busy sector, or just new to SEO focus, and you’re a service based business, local SEO is for you.

Instead of trying to compete with the big players for Google page one rank, on the main competitive keywords… start buy targeting the 10 suburbs around you.

We have the system honed for this. Get traction faster. Your main SEO (website domain score) is still developing quietly in the background. And attack the full scale SEO later.

  • If you need an integration like M365, Gsuite, Pipedrive, OmniSend, Hubspot etc etc etc… we can quote based on what you need and your quantity of users. Note: Google no longer supports a free sync and Gsuite subscription is now required, similarly to M365 service model now.

1 hour support minimum

  • Send your task requirement and we will jump into it and revert asap. We will charge based on the time required to execute the tasks.
  • If you need a quote prior you need to request us to quote and we will respond with an estimate, otherwise we will do the requested and charge.
  • The developers might offer to quote in advance for payment in advance, at the developer discretion. This is very normal and circumstantial for various reasons.
  • The rate is measured each calendar month based on the hours executed in the month, or as per the requirements immediate execution, at the developers sole discretion
  • Standard terms or on all invoices and are agreed to across all parties associations at all times by making a payment on an invoice.

  • Software work
  • Mobile app work
  • 3rd party integrations & API work
  • Graphic design
  • Send your task requirement and we will jump into it and revert asap! We will charge based on the time required to execute the tasks.
  • If you need a quote prior you need to request us to quote.
  • If you give us tasks to do, expect them to be executed and charged ASAP; we will do the requested and charge based on the time required to complete the requested. “Do & Charge” is better for the client, because it removes the guess work from prepared quotes which could carry a risk margin.
  • It is only if you give us a new task and say “please quote for…” then we will advise the estimate first. If you do not specifically ask, then we will go ahead and Do & Charge.
  • The developers might at times offer a quote in advance for payment in advance, at the developer discretion. This is very normal and circumstantial for various reasons but isn’t an default circumstance.
  • The total charge for ad hoc works is measured either a) each calendar month based on the hours executed in the month, or b) as per the requirement’s immediate execution, at the developers sole discretion.
  • Despite our experience we do not claim to be able to execute things perfectly the first time.
  • In the tech space a trillion things can cause things to happen, falter, break, not be noticed until something else breaks, bugs etc.
  • Part of what we do is try to be efficient for you to reduce the billable time.
  • The technician will tick off tasks and push to you; you check.
  • The time taken including any rework or revisiting again later, if that is the case, is the time in labour that we spent on your project and the time that will be charged.
  • QA’s check on your project but at specific rotations not at the moment of each update (as they can be frequent, haphazard and, inconvenient in an immediacy sense, as we have many projects firing updates constantly.
  • If you wish for a QA to check each update of yours prior to you receiving it, we can but it will a) slow the project down by between 1-7 days for each push, depending on the depth of each review. b) Charges may apply depending on the volume of the requirement.
  • Your QA will be removed from checking every technician’s push to you, if you exhibit urgencies which permanently overrides the high frequency QA requirement.
  • Standard terms are on all invoices and are agreed to across all parties associations at all times by making a payment on an invoice.

Unfortunately, this is unsustainable

  • Once a development project is completed, we provide a 30‑day grace period for any post‑launch adjustments. After this period, all work, whether it’s an edit, fix, update, investigation, or malware‑related issue, is billed at our ad‑hoc rates.

  • Websites are dynamic systems, and issues can arise for many reasons: hosting environments, third‑party plugins, content changes, browser updates, external services, or security threats such as malware. A lot of the time its even an issue on client side that takes us time to figure out. Because of these factors, we’re not able to offer unlimited free support outside the grace period.

    Clients can choose between:

    • Ad‑hoc billing (pay‑as‑you‑need), or

    • A maintenance plan (ongoing support, updates, security monitoring, and priority response), available under our hosting pricing options.

This ensures every request is handled properly, promptly, and sustainably.

Think of it like a mechanic:

  • A car leaves the workshop working as it should, but things can still change over time. Parts wear, lights come on, and issues appear that the mechanic cannot predict or monitor after you drive away. Even if you are not a car expert, it is still the owner’s responsibility to notice if something stops working and bring it back within the warranty or grace period. If a back wiper fails months later, it does not mean the original service was faulty, it simply means the car now needs new work.

  • Websites work the same way. They have many moving parts that can change due to hosting, plugins, browsers, updates, or external factors. We provide a courtesy 30‑day grace period to report anything that needs adjusting, after that, any new issue, even one you have not used before, is treated as new work.

  • Maintenance plans are available if you prefer an expert to handle ongoing checks rather than waiting until something breaks.

Tech Support
Tech support is a large part of our business and is available and is simply treated like any other ad hoc task. Whether it is a meeting, researching, sourcing, bug finding, disabling a 3rd party tool, re-hosting, assisting, troubleshooting, Q&A etc. We can help with anything you need and these services fit within our ad hoc pricing structure.

  • For standard communications, a projects tasks are set, executed and reported by the developers to the client when ready.
  • The client feedback to the developers, is typically one email in return with a complete list of requests.
  • Repeated until the project is complete.
  • For active paid projects, including hosting projects, email communication is capped at 22 messages per month (combined inbound and outbound) and includes one free Google Meet under 60 minutes per month. This level of communication is more than sufficient for almost all projects when messages are thoughtful and comprehensive. It helps prevent unnecessary “afterthought” messages, constant follow‑ups, and fragmented updates that consume development time and make it difficult to manage the project framework, track inclusions and exclusions, and provide updates without causing confusion when the project is still in progress.
  • Noting however “Open Communications” are available as a plan within the pricing > comms tab.
  • We need to communicate in an effective way across our team and so email and google meet are the effective mechanisms. We are unable to support chat platform or SMS communications on the free “Standard Communication” plan and Google Meets are scheduled for verbal or screen share conversations (we don’t have an instant dial or inbound phone for technical or project support because of our comprehensive, informatively secure, and supportive channels offered).
  • Reporting  is straight forward email reports on tasks when the developers are ready to request feedback from the client. If a detailed review of some other kind is required by the client and this has not been scoped inside an existing project, additional charges will apply and are quoted for payment in advance.
  • Everything in the Standard Communication plan +
  • $499 | Get 10 hours of engagement per quarter using email or your chosen chat channel for typed messages &/or google meets .
  • Each message received has a weight of 15 minutes minimum but is measured in its maximum on the time to support it’s receipt/oversight/response, at the developers sole discretion.
  • $149/hr | After Hours Communication
  • Pricing may adjust depending on the spec.
  • Hosting fees are paid annually.
  • SSL certificates/maintenance are 3rd party fees with industry benchmarked pricing (free 1st year).
  • Support for 3rd party integrations are billed under adhoc.
  • Taxes may apply.
